                    To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

                    <li><strong>Golfer Accounts:</strong> For verified professional golfers offering their services on the Platform</li>

                <h2 class="text-2xl font-bold text-gray-900 mt-8 mb-4">4. Golfer Verification</h2>
                <p class="text-gray-600 mb-4">
                    All Golfers must undergo a verification process before being listed on the Platform. This may include verification of professional credentials, competitive history, and background checks. We reserve the right to accept or reject any Golfer application at our sole discretion.

                <h2 class="text-2xl font-bold text-gray-900 mt-8 mb-4">5. Bookings and Payments</h2>

                    Clients may submit booking requests to Golfers through the Platform. Golfers have the right to accept or decline any booking request. A booking is confirmed only when the Golfer accepts the request and payment is processed.

                <p class="text-gray-600 mb-4">
                    All payments are processed through our secure third-party payment provider (Stripe). By making a payment, you agree to their terms of service. The Platform charges a service fee on each transaction.

                <h3 class="text-xl font-semibold text-gray-800 mt-6 mb-3">5.3 Golfer Payouts</h3>
                <p class="text-gray-600 mb-4">
                    Golfers receive payment after the completion of a session, minus the Platform's service fee. Payout timing and methods are subject to our payout policies.

                    The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Fair Way Social and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

                    The Fair Way Social is a marketplace that connects Clients and Golfers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by Golfers.

                <h3 class="text-xl font-semibold text-gray-800 mt-6 mb-3">9.2 No Warranty</h3>
                <p class="text-gray-600 mb-4">
                    THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
